The Joint Community of O Salnés is a supra-municipal public administration made up of the town councils of: Cambados, Meaño, Meis, A Illa de Arousa, Ribadumia, Sanxenxo, O Grove, Vilanova de Arousa, and Vilagarcía de Arousa.
