He’s one of the promoters of the Galician Professional Association of Computer Engineers (CPEIG), which he’s chaired since it was established, in December 2007. Since January 2018, he’s worked in Ourense Provincial Council as Director of the Area of Transparency and Open Government. He previously worked in the Galician Agency of Technological Modernisation as head of the Systems Department and in Santiago de Compostela City Council, as head of Innovation. He’s currently the president of the General Council of Associations of Computer Engineers.
