The future arrived in the sector a while ago and the pandemic that we’re still suffering from is probably accelerating the digitalisation process. To give you an example: some hotel chains are automating their management and price optimisation processes without anyone working manually behind the scenes. These machine learning processes will become more and more frequent in the future. We therefore feel that it’s very interesting to deal with these with specialists, who’ll share their experiences in designing these algorithms and explain all the work that goes into learning about them.
