Colloquium Conference: Reputation on the Camino de Santiago

This is the colloquium conference that complements the workshop on online reputation taught by Rafael González, CEO of Vivential Value, and who will act as moderator during it.

RJ Friedlander
RJ Friedlander is the founder and CEO of ReviewPro, a world leader in 'Guest Intelligence' applications for the hotel industry. With more than 43,000 clients in the world, ReviewPro specializes in the management of online reputation of hotels and their presence in social networks with the ultimate idea that knowing what the client likes or does not allow to guide business actions to increase guest satisfaction and, therefore, prices and revenues. In January 2017, RJ negotiated the sale of ReviewPro to the Shiji Group (Shenzhen Stock Exchange), one of the largest hotel technology companies in the world, owned by Alibaba.
Passionate about the internet and enterprising by nature, Raúl Jiménez founded a shopping community, shoomo.com, before founding Minube, an online platform aimed at planning and sharing trips. Its success lies in the ability to inspire travelers to find their next destination thanks to the recommendations of other people. It allows you to compare prices of flights and hotels, enjoy the trip live and share experiences.
Rafael González
Rafael González holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and founder of Vivential Value, a consultancy specializing in online tourism intelligence innovation focused on the study of Identity and Online Reputation of tourist companies and territories.
Óscar Morera
Diploma in Tourism, Business and Master in planning and management of tourist destinations at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. After working in the consultancy Educatur and Turisme de Barcelona, he landed in the online world with eDreams and joined Atrápalo twelve years ago. In this international company, expert in travel and urban leisure activities, he has been responsible for the Travel to Asia and Africa product, later to become part of the hotel team as responsible for the development of the commercial and marketing plan. Currently, and for more than six years, he has been director of actions and special events within the Marketing Department, managing advertising campaigns, content marketing and promotion of destinations.
