Rafael González holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and founder of Vivential Value, a consultancy specializing in online tourism intelligence innovation focused on the study of Identity and Online Reputation of tourist companies and territories.

Currently, he leads the design of new sectorial methodologies and indicators for Vivential Value, such as the iRon Online Reputation Index® (with application in dozens of destinations since 2008), or the Online Reputation Monitors ™ of destinations (Accommodation, Gastronomy, Wine tourism, Wellness, Nature, Culture, Business, Beaches, etc).
In addition, Rafael is a collaborator of leading destination management bodies in their respective segments, as well as innovation centers and reference universities. He has extensive experience as a teacher and lecturer in relation to Online Reputation, Smart Destinations, Smart Data, Innovation.
