Rafael Sánchez Bargiela
Manager of the S.A. of Management of the Plan Xacobeo
Managing Director of the Management Company of the Xacobeo Plan since 2014. Graduated in Geography and History, in the History section and with a specialization in Medieval History by the University of Santiago de Compostela, with a specialization in archival and library science at the same university.
Throughout his career he served as director of the Museum, Library and Archives of the city of Ponteareas; archive, library and musem technician of the city of Tui and tutor of the National University of Distance Education of Pontevedra. In addition, he is the autor of a dozen books linked with the history and heritage of several Galician localities; has published numerous articles, in magazines of studies and investigation and in daily press; and has participated in research projects on museums and heritage.
