Silvana Crisóstomo Besada holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Caixanova School of Business, a Master's in Financial Advising and Asset Management, and European Financial Advisor, is a financial advisor with more than 12 years of experience in Private Banking.
Mónica Crisóstomo Besada specializes in Organization and Tourism Management and Graphic Design Advertising, has extensive experience in tourism planning, combining her work in Ideas Peregrines with her activity as a tourism consultant in Sherpa Project.
Both are members and creators of Ideas Pilgrim-Pilgrim Store, a concept designed to provide an integral service to the pilgrim located in Tui, awarded in 2017 with the Santiago de Compostela award in the category "Initiatives developed by small and medium enterprises."

After a career of specialization in two fields as different as financial and tourism, these two sisters decided to start a business together contributing the experience gained. They devised an innovative and different business concept specialized in the way, an idea that began with their first pilgrimage and the conviction of the potential of the Camino de Santiago, Tui as a tourist destination and that if you are passionate about what you do, this is the best step to give every day.
Ideas Peregrinas is a space where pilgrims can find everything they need to live their lives, a stop where they can get information, relax, drink organic coffee, eat healthy food, rest or stock up on technical equipment. It has also become a space where pilgrims live together with local customers who become hosts of Tui and participate as part of the memories of who makes the Portuguese Way.
