Inaugurated in 1960, in these 57 years Pulpería Ezequiel has grown from a local customer oriented to become one of the usual culinary stops of the pilgrims of the French Way Restaurant. This transformation began in the 1990s and continues to the present day, which is a "blessing" for many families, who can continue living and working in their places of origin.
The challenge is to ensure that the pilgrim's experience does not deteriorate. In our case, we defend the need to maintain the essence of the business, its traditional character and personalized attention, because the recommendations made by our clients are our best promotional tool.
