Enrique López
Ideologist and founding partner of El Cavino
El Cavino is the business project in which Enrique López has materialized his idea (and his dream) of giving people the opportunity to discover the Camino de Santiago through its wines. His own experience as a pilgrim has encouraged him to organize in recent years outings in which several hundred 'cavinantes' have already participated, people who live the Camino experience knowing the wineries and wines that mark the Jacobean route.
Enrique López is sommelier and CEO of the wine tourism company El Cavino del Vino, as well as an occasional writer and blogger on matters related to winemaking.
Sommelier and graduate in economics, he is an ideologist and founding partner of El Cavino, an enotourism company that combines the accomplishment of some stages of the Camino de Santiago with visits to wineries during his trip; He is also sommelier at two of the most important Cash & Carry companies in Spain.
In addition, he has carried out other works of organization and direction of tastings, elaboration of wine lists, community manager, blogger, creator of "WinyFog, the return to Spain in 80 wines" and organizer and director of the I Salón A Granada Vino, meeting between wineries and distributors in the city of Granada.
