David Mora

Consultant, trainer and speaker in tourism and hospitality. Emoturismo.
How to generate emotions through tourism. This is the big question that David Mora tries to unravel in Emoturismo, his personal project. The relevant thing, then, is that the tourist services transmit experiences, experiences ... and, above all, that these are memorable. The Camino de Santiago has all the ingredients to achieve it.
David Mora is a consultant and trainer in tourism, and has his own project called Emoturismo.
His professional career and training have always been linked to a sector he is passionate about: tourism. At the academic level, after becoming T.E.A.T from the University of Deusto and taking the Master "European Tourism Management" from the University of Bournemouth, in 2014 he continued with obtaining the Degree in Tourism from the University of Nebrija. He is currently a Doctorate in Tourism from the Rey Juan Carlos University.
He began his professional career in 1994 at the reception of an urban hotel, to later enjoy the "Turismo de España" scholarship from Turespaña, which took him to Germany and Poland. After returning, and since 1999, he has worked in different consultancy and tourist advice companies. Companies such as Consultur, CETT, Antar and more recently the company Cegos, gave him the opportunity to be part of teams and large tourism development projects interest.
Thus, in these years he has been able to participate in dozens of national and international works of strategy, execution of actions, implementation of tourism quality systems, market studies, product creation, etc. In addition, in recent years he has developed his own training products, which has also led him to teach in different educational centers, such as the European University, the University of Nebrija, Ostelea or the Basque Culinary Center. In parallel, he participates in numerous events as a speaker or panelist and maintains an intense activity in social networks and tourist information magazines, among which his own Blog stands out, www.emoturismo.com
