Degree in Geography and History from the USC with double major in Museology and History of Ancient and Medieval Art, she has more than 25 years of experience in public and private cultural management and participated in the organization of international exhibitions, with intense collaborations in Zaragoza (2008), Shanghai (2010), South Korea (2012) or Milan (2015), as well as leading the Spanish participation in the Venice Biennial (2009).
Previously, she served as chief curator of the Galician Contemporary Art Center between 1998 and 2003, in which she coordinated a dozen exhibitions of international artists and some 40 temporary exhibitions. He was also in charge of activities of the Galicia Auditorium and the Santiago Consortium. From this entity he collaborated in the cultural program of 1993, the first Jacobean that transcended the religious sphere. In February of last year, she was appointed CEO of the Sociedade Anónima de Xestión do Plan Xacobeo.
