Children’s gastronomy workshop with Alberto Lareo
Alberto Lareo is an extremely dedicated chef. He started cooking thanks to his grandmother Rosa, to whom he owes a great deal. His training as a chef took place alongside Toñi Vicente, Eneko Atxa, Marcelo Tejedor, Jacques Maximin and Jean Françoise Piège. His signature project is the Manso restaurant in Santiago, where he is accompanied by a great team with the sole objective of making people enjoy his cuisine, based on humility, work, and rigor.
Free activity. Limited participants (20). Years from 5 to 12.
Registration is open, while there is availability, at the Palacio de Congresos information desk until Sunday, February 10.
