Keiretsu Forum teaches a 'Course for Business Angels' in Fairway
The largest global network of private investors, Keiretsu Forum, will land in Galicia on January 17 and 18 in order to offer a 'Course for Business Angels' in Santiago de Compostela. According to the organizers, the training has as its main objective "that attendees learn to optimize their time and resources when facing the process of evaluation and negotiation of investment opportunities in startups".
The course, designed for Galician entrepreneurs and investors, will have as speakers Miquel Costa, Fernando Moroy and Iñaqui Frías. The first two are experienced investors and, in addition, top managers of Keiretsu Forum in Spain, while the latter is part of RCD, one of the most important commercial law firms in Spain.
Aspects such as the assessment of companies in the startup environment, key metrics, and processes such as due diligence and the pact of partners will have an important space within this two-day training that will have a final meal-networking where attendees can exchange impressions and relationships
"The figure of the private investor is key to support and finance entrepreneurs", point out from Keiretsu Forum, for whom this course is their first action in Galicia in the more than ten years it has been in Spain. The entity has precisely this type of training among its greatest successes and in the last quarter has organized similar courses in Donostia and Palma de Mallorca, collecting very good reviews on both occasions.
The 'Course for Business Angels' is the pre-Fairway Invest activity, a meeting between entrepreneurs and investors that will take place on February 12 during the third edition of Fairway. Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy lectures and round tables with guests from all over Spain. An Investment Forum will also be developed with the presence of international investors.
