"I Camino" Route

Since many of Compostela’s do not do the Camino de Santiago, by creating this new route this year, Fairway would like to offer them the possibility of venturing beyond the usual tourist circuits and enjoying a closer contact with the city. Moreover, by means of I Camino, Santiago’s residents will also have a chance to discover unknown parts of the city that feature hints of the ever-present Camino, which even the locals might not be aware of.

The group will be accompanied at all times by official guides to lead the way. The organisation has prepared stamping points and an information leaflet, which will be distributed at the beginning of the route, to emulate one of the Camino’s most characteristic elements, namely the credential.

At the end, all participants can pick up their “Santiaguesa” certificate and gifts created for I Camino from Fairway’s technical secretariat. Moreover, those who complete the route will enjoy a 20% discount in Gastroway and will have access to the rest of Fairway’s Open Day activities.
