- Access to activities. Access to the Open Day and the Tourism and Camino Forum is free. All activities in the program have limited space, so prior registration is required using the form provided in two formats.
- Registration method. Registration is free and entitles you to be placed on a waiting list to participate in the activities.
- Reservation method. If you want to guarantee your place in the activities, you can make a payment of €5.00 per person/activity, which entitles you to guaranteed participation. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Registered participants. Each activity has a quota for reservations. Vacant places for each activity will be allocated to those registered on the waiting list in order of arrival at the room where the activity is taking place.
- Guaranteed place. The reservation entitles you to guaranteed attendance at the activity. Once the maximum number of places available has been reached, no new reservations will be accepted for the activity in question.
- Deadlines. Both registrations and reservations can be made up to 4 hours before the start of the activity, provided there is space available.
- Registration and reservation limits. Each person may make a maximum of 5 registrations or reservations per activity.
- Attendance. Registered and reserved participants must arrive 5 minutes before the start of the activity.
- Personal nature of registration and reservation. Registrations and reservations are nominal and non-transferable. They may not be assigned or transferred to other persons.
- Right of admission. The Fairway 2025 organization reserves the right of admission.
