Studying a Tourism PhD on Innovation in Neuromarketing applied to Tourism, for the last 8 years he’s been in charge of directing and leading the Community Managers team, the corporative Social Media strategy and online reputation of the hotels and restaurants belonging to the Palladium Group’s different brands. He’s also a lecturer at several business schools and universities. He’s a self-confessed enthusiast of communication, tourism and digital marketing, including matters such as digital transformation, project management, team management, reputation crisis management, marketing, employer branding, influencer marketing or communication strategy and social media.
